7.8/10
My family and I recently stayed for five nights and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The rooms are large and well-appointed, and the location is perfect for exploring downtown attractions. The hotel feels welcoming for families, but the dining options had some room for improvement - especially the breakfast. Additionally, there were some minor issues with service and a few aspects of the facilities showing age, but those didn't overshadow our enjoyable stay.
Rooms
9.0
The rooms were large, bright, and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay.
Service
7.0
The staff was generally attentive and friendly, though we had a slight hiccup during check-out with one bellboy.
Location
10.0
The hotel is in an excellent location, just steps away from all downtown attractions and shopping, which is incredibly convenient.
Dining
6.0
I found the buffet breakfast enjoyable on weekends, but the a la carte options were hit and miss, with some dishes arriving cold on occasion.
Facilities
7.0
The gym and pool areas were nice, although access to the changing room through the gym was a little inconvenient.

6.0/10
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. From a confusing check-in process to a noisy room, it was not the experience I had hoped for. On the plus side, the bathroom was beautiful and the hotel's location near the harbor was a definite highlight. However, the rooms had issues, and I was surprised by the lack of adequate service, especially for a hotel of this caliber.
Rooms
5.0
The rooms were generous in size and beautifully decorated, but I faced significant noise issues from the utility room. The mattress was not firm and sheets came loose easily.
Service
5.0
The staff was somewhat helpful, but I felt that they were unprepared to handle certain situations. The 24-hour parking fee seemed overpriced, and the lack of room service options was disappointing.
Location
9.0
The hotel is excellently situated near the harbor and major attractions, making it convenient for sightseeing and travel, which I appreciated.
Dining
5.0
I found the dining prices to be quite high, with breakfast not offering much value for the cost. Eating in the hotel felt rather unremarkable.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had some modern facilities, but I was disappointed not to utilize the pool or spa during my stay due to timing issues.
